The project is located at Palm Beach in Agamy, Alexandria. It combines between Kuna, one of the projects of the northern coast and a village from Alexandria, especially after the opening of the new reconstruction axis. The project is the largest recreational resort on Palm Beach

The project was built on a 3-acre area where the architectural design was aware that all units of the project enjoy the advantages of the project with privacy:

  1. 17 residential buildings consisting of chalet ground and five upper floors ending with a villa at the top of each building with a private swimming pool
  2. A pool of swimming pools (5 swimming pools). The buildings are mediated by a magnificent painting and a private swimming pool for women
